All orders placed within the contiguous United States are processed within 1 business day and delivered
Lovefit ships to most countries outside of the United States. You can select the ship-to country at checkout. Competitive Shipping Rates will be provided at checkout. The buyer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes and will be charged by the shipper upon delivery of the goods. Payment of the taxes and duties is required to release the order from customs.
We welcome returns. We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.
Returns are accepted 7 days after delivery
Garments must not be worn or washed and must have tags attached. Garments that have been laundered or altered may not be returned or exchanged for any reason, must arrive with the bag and outer sticker in the same way.
Products on sale, changes for other products only pay for shipping, Refund of money paid by card, -20% restock fee, return of money paid by paypal, -20% restockfee plus -4% paypal commission.
Products at full price without promotions, full value will be returned
Shipping is not refundable.
If an item was purchase with free shipping, a shipping charge will be add to the order and a partial refund would be made, minimum $10
Products that arrive with the bag broken or the outer bag does not arrive will be charge $ 5, without sticker with reference $ 5
The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer
